Six Minimal Logo Ideas for the Letter F
This is part of the “Minimal Logo Design Ideas” series, one letter per video. Here the letter is F. The video shows six logo concepts drawn in Adobe Illustrator, each exploring a different way to shape the letter with simple geometry.
What the six designs look like
The set covers a wide range: a soft rounded F made from two overlapping strokes in orange and cream, a bold geometric F built from stacked bars, a version paired with the words “Finish Line” as a wordmark, a circular badge treatment, an F with a cut-out negative space, and a light, thin-line F for a more elegant feel. Colours stay minimal, mostly one accent colour on a plain background, so the shape does the work.
Why watch it
Logo ideas often come from playing with one letter for a while. The video is useful for seeing how much variety you get from changing stroke weight, corner radius and negative space alone, before any colour or effects. Use it as a starting point and then push one of the concepts further in your own work. The other letters in the series show the same approach.
This is a speed art video, not a step-by-step tutorial. It is meant to show the process and give you ideas. For guided lessons, see the step-by-step tutorials linked below.
